Learned Helplessness – Can You Fix It?

There is no question that life can get you down. It can seem that no matter what you do, no matter what you try, you seem to stay just exactly where you are. This is the point at which many people just give up. They stop trying. They stop seeking a solution because it’s easier to accept the suffering than to live in hope.
