I’m Michael Hadfield and I’ve been helping people to lose weight for over 13 years. I’ve been helping people with a lot of other problems too – problems like anxiety, confidence and self-esteem. I find that these problems are frequently associated with the difficulties of being over-weight too.
I love to help people make significant changes in their lives. I feel really good when I bump into them a few years later and they tell me how I gave them their life back, and how successful they’ve become since they came to see me. A great many people are living the life they always wanted to live because of their contact with me.
But that leaves me with a problem.
The problem is that there’s only one of me, and because I don’t watch the clock when I’m working with someone, The number of people I actually can get to see is quite limited. I have so much knowledge and information that is beneficial and helpful in making change easy that I needed another way to provide people with that information.
So I thought I’d start with one of the big problems in the English speaking world and that’s over-eating. So I’ve made some videos in which I share some of my knowledge and experience about simple steps you can take to start the process of losing weight. I share thoughts and ideas so you can see how you can make small changes and produce gentle results. Gentle results because it is so important, for lasting change, to be gentle with yourself.
If you’ve seen the first video you’ll probably realise that I’m a hypnotherapist, however most of my work is achieved just talking to clients before I even start the hypnotic work. The hypnosis reinforces what we’ve discussed and makes change easier. But I just wanted to let you know that there is nothing hypnotic in these videos. They consist of information and ideas designed simply to show you that there is an easier way to lose those excess pounds.
It’s my first attempt at doing anything like this so I hope you’ll forgive me if it isn’t a truly polished performance with studio quality sound. My desire is to show you, and as many others as I can reach through this medium, how you have been misled about weight loss and how easy it is to take control and simply allow yourself, by making small changes, to become the size and weight you desire.
